What we collect, and why
- When you use the contact form: your name, work email, company, job title, the topic you chose and your message. We use them only to reply and to talk with you about the work you asked about.
- When you email us: what you send, for the same reason.
- When you visit: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested and times) to run and secure the site. We don’t use them to profile you.
What we don't do
No analytics or tracking scripts, no advertising, no cookies, and we don't sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing. The site remembers only your light or dark theme choice, in your own browser.
Where it's kept
Contact form enquiries go straight to our Salesforce account, where they become a lead record; Salesforce stores them for us as our processor. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both may process data in the United States.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted within two years of our last contact. If we work together, we keep what the engagement needs for as long as the law and our contract require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@themethodic.com. We reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU, UK or a US state with privacy rights, you also have the rights your law gives you, including complaining to your data protection authority.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date below.
