Salesforce AI services: advisory, delivery and training

Work out what Salesforce AI is worth to you, build it properly, and leave your team able to run it.

Who we work with

Business and technical teams, together

Business leaders

Heads of sales, service, marketing and operations who need to know which Salesforce AI is worth paying for, and what it will change for their teams.

Salesforce owners

Platform owners and CRM leads who have to make AI work inside an org that already carries years of customization.

Admins and developers

Technical teams who will build, run and support AI features, and want someone senior alongside them while they learn.

Every engagement

What you can count on

Senior people

Certified Salesforce architects do the thinking and stay on the work, not just the sales call.

Your org, safely

We work in your sandboxes first. Nothing reaches production without review, testing and your approval.

Written down

Decisions, designs and configuration are documented as we go, so the knowledge stays with you.

Plain answers

If a feature isn't worth it for you, or your data isn't ready for it, we say so before you spend money on it.

A handover

Every engagement ends with your team able to run what was built, and knowing what to do next.

Fixed scope where it helps

Assessments and second opinions have a defined scope and outcome. Builds are scoped together before they start.

Questions

We're not sure what we need. Where do we start?

Book a call. Most teams start with an AI value assessment, which ends in a ranked shortlist of use cases, or with a second opinion on a proposal they already have.

Do you only do AI work?

Our focus is Salesforce AI, but AI rarely works on a weak foundation. Data, sharing, automation and integration work that AI depends on is part of what we deliver.

Will we end up dependent on you?

No. Training and handover are part of every engagement, and the Training service exists so your own people can run and extend what we build.

Can you review a proposal from another partner?

Yes. A second opinion is an independent review of an AI proposal or statement of work before you commit to it.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope. Assessments and second opinions are fixed-scope; builds and training are scoped with you first. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll give you a clear figure before any work starts.

Not sure where to start?

Thirty minutes with one of our architects will tell you which Salesforce AI is worth it for you.
