Salesforce AI training, by role
Role-based Salesforce AI training, so your admins, developers, analysts and end users actually use it.
Is this for you?
It usually is when…
- You've switched on AI features and few people use them.
- Admins are being asked to run agents they haven't been trained on.
- Developers need to build actions, prompts and agents properly.
- You want your team to own Salesforce AI, not depend on a partner.
What's included
Features don't create value; people using them do. We train your Salesforce workforce on the AI they have, by role, on your own org where possible.
Admins
Developers and architects
Analysts and product owners
End users
Workshops, cohorts and team enablement. Unlike generic Trailhead modules, it's built around your own org, your data and the features you've licensed.
How it runs
- 01
Find the gaps
Which roles need what, based on the features you've licensed and how your teams work.
- 02
Shape the course
Content built around your org and your use cases, not a generic demo environment.
- 03
Teach and practise
Hands-on sessions where people do the work themselves, in a sandbox where possible.
- 04
Follow up
Questions answered after the sessions, and a check on whether people are using what they learned.
What you get, and what we need
What you get
- Role-based sessions for admins, developers, analysts or end users
- Exercises built on your own org and use cases
- Reference material your team keeps
- A follow-up on adoption and open questions
What we need from you
- The roles and number of people to train
- The AI features you've licensed
- A sandbox for hands-on work, where possible
- A sponsor who makes time for people to attend
A team that runs and extends its own AI, instead of depending on outsiders.
Questions
We already have Trailhead. Why pay for training?
Trailhead teaches the product in general. We teach it on your org, with your data, your customizations and the features you actually have, so people can use it the next day.
Can you train end users as well as technical teams?
Yes. End-user sessions focus on working with agents and AI assistants day to day, and knowing when to check their work.
