Salesforce AI advisory
Find where AI pays off in Salesforce, and get your data, permissions and governance ready for it.
Is this for you?
It usually is when…
- You've licensed Agentforce or other AI features, and usage is low.
- Leadership wants an AI plan, and the list of options keeps growing.
- A partner has proposed a large AI programme and you want an independent view.
- You're not sure your data, permissions or sharing are ready for AI.
What's included
Salesforce now ships more AI than any company can absorb. We help you decide what's worth doing, in what order, and what has to be true first.
AI value assessment
Roadmap
Readiness review
Governance and trust
A second opinion
How it runs
- 01
Goals and constraints
Short conversations with the people who own the outcomes: what they want to change, what's in the way, and what's off limits.
- 02
Look at the org
Licences, data quality, sharing, automation and integrations, reviewed against what each candidate AI feature needs.
- 03
Rank the use cases
Each one scored for value, effort and risk, with what has to be true before it can work.
- 04
Plan and present
A sequenced roadmap, presented to the people who decide, with a clear first step.
What you get, and what we need
What you get
- A ranked shortlist of AI use cases, with value, effort and risk for each
- A readiness report: data, permissions, sharing and integrations, with the gaps to close
- A sequenced roadmap across the features you have and the ones worth adding
- Governance recommendations: usage policy, approvals and audit
- A recommended first build, scoped and ready to start
What we need from you
- A sponsor who owns the outcome
- Time with the people who run the processes
- Read access to a sandbox or the org's setup
- Your current licences and contracts, if you have them to hand
You leave knowing which few AI features to start with, why, and what it takes.
Questions
Do we need to have bought Agentforce already?
No. Part of the assessment is telling you which licences, if any, are worth buying, and which features you already own.
Is the assessment a sales pitch for a build?
No. You get the shortlist and roadmap whether or not you work with us afterwards, and some recommendations will be to wait.
What does a second opinion involve?
You share the proposal or statement of work. We review scope, assumptions, risk and fit against your org, and give you written findings and the questions to ask.
